Thats one adorable pincushion! I'd love to know what you stuffed it with. I'm trying to find the ideal (weightier than polyfil) stuffing.
It is polyfil however when I made the cupcake pincushion by Potabellopixie, Sandi Henderson suggests a mix of Polyfil and pet bedding. The pet bedding is shredded cardboard and creates a weightier pincushion. Other suggestions are wood chips, sawdust,fine sand, and SOS or Brillo pads(keeps your pins sharp). I hope this helps:)
Thanks for the suggestions! I think I may experiment with a combo of all of the above. Maybe a Brillo center with a polyfil outer? Cheers!
